I have been using Phil for 12 months to facilitate supervised visits between my two children and their mother. Throughout the whole time Phil has always remained impartial and professional and ensured that supervised visits always went ahead even under difficult circumstances. It is not a ‘normal’ situation nor is it natural for parents to be supervised with their children but Phil certainly does whatever he can to ensure that the time is enjoyable and positive.
